Аннотация. Рассмотрен подход к созданию методики оптимизации технических характеристик авиационных систем с учетом их влия-ния на возможные действия конкурентов, в основе которого лежит моделирование противоборства конкурирующих сторон с использованием метода динамики средних и аппарата теории дифференциальных игр. Приведена структура методики оптими-зации технических характеристик авиационных систем на базе изложенного подхода. Даны краткие описания основных блоков и перечислены задачи, для решения которых используется созданный на базе подхода модельно-методический аппарат оптимиза-ции.

FOUNDATIONS OF THE MODEL-METHODOLOGICAL APPARATUS TO OPTIMIZE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF AVIATION SYSTEMS IN VIEW OF POSSIBLE ACTIONS OF COMPETITORS

Abstract. The article describes an approach to the creation of technique of optimization technical characteristics aviation systems, taking into account their impact on the possible actions of competitors. The method is based modeling confrontation of competing parties. For it is proposed to use a method of dynamics of average in relation to the mathematical expectation of the total capacity of means of competing parties. Resources allocated to increase the total power can be spent on increasing the number of members of the available funds and to increase their quality. Distribution of resources allocated to the quantitative and qualitative increase in the total capacity of each of the parties is a control function of time. To operate the model requires information about existing and prospective aviation systems for each of the parties. The optimal set of features prospective aviation system is selected from a plurality of alternatives. It gives extreme value criterion of efficiency. Many alternatives formed using existing models formation of shape of the selected type of aircraft systems. While taking into account the direction of optimization of these characteristics. Direction optimization of characteristics of aircraft systems can be determined using modeling apparatus Date Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The advantage of DEA approach is the ability to analytically calculate the coefficients of the importance of each of the parameters of the system without the need for expert evaluation. The article provides a structure technique of optimization technical characteristics aviation systems, taking into account their impact on the possible actions of competitors, based on an analytical model of confrontation. Based on the above approach can be created model apparatus for solving a number of problems associated with the optimization of technical policy in the aviation industry.
