Kosianchuk Vladislav Viktorovich - Vestnik komp'iuternykh i informatsionnykh tekhnologii (Herald of computer and information technologies) editor-in-chief

Born in 1970, Professor of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences (2003), Professor (2007). Deputy Director General for Civil Aviation of FSUE State Research Institute of Aviation Systems, scientist in the field of integrated fault-tolerant aircraft control systems, author of more than 250 scientific and educational works. Full member of the international public organization "Academy of Navigation and Traffic Control", full member of the "Academy of Military Sciences".

Prepared for defense one doctor of technical sciences and five candidates of technical sciences. Member of dissertation councils of GosNIIAS and MGTU GA. For successful scientific work he has awards and honorary titles: he was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit to the Fatherland, II degree, and seven departmental medals, the Certificate of Honor of the Mayor of Moscow, the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, an honorary worker of higher professional education of the Russian Federation.

V.V. Kosyanchuk - Member of the working group of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, formed within the framework of the Federal Target Program "Development of the Aviation Industry" on aerodynamics, dynamics and strength, as well as on-board equipment and aggregate construction.

He is an expert of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research and the Russian Science Foundation. Registered in the federal register of experts in the scientific and technical sphere of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

He took part in writing the Foresight for the development of aviation science and technology 2030 and for the future, accumulating the predicted results of research of industrial organizations.

He was twice awarded a personal grant of the President of the Russian Federation in the field of weapons and military equipment and technical and engineering sciences.

Supervisor of seven grants of the Russian Foundation for Basic Research in the field of fundamental foundations of engineering sciences.
