АЛГОРИТМЫ МЕТАЭВРИСТИЧЕСКОГО ПОИСКА ДЛЯ РЕШЕНИЯ ЗАДАЧИ ФОРМИРОВАНИЯ ПОЛЕТНЫХ И ЗАГРУЗОЧНЫХ ПЛАНОВ ЛЕТАТЕЛЬНЫХ АППАРАТОВ ТРАНСПОРТНОЙ АВИАЦИИ

Аннотация. Рассмотрена возможность применения алгоритмов метаэвристического поиска для формирования полетных и загрузочных планов летальных аппаратов (ЛА) транспортной авиации. Показаны преимущества данных алгоритмов перед тра-диционными способами решений подобных задач. На их основе создана методика формирования полетных и загрузочных планов загрузки ЛА транспортной авиации. Выявлены основные проблемы, связанные с применением алгоритмов метаэвристического поиска для решения поставленной задачи, и на основании проведенных исследований предложены варианты их решения.

METAHEURISTIC ALGORITHMS SEARCH FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM FORMATION OF FLIGHT PLANS AND AIRCRAFT LOADING PLANS TRANSPORT AVIATION

Abstract. In recent years, the intensity of the use air transport is growing steadily. In this regard, necessary model-methodological apparatus of operational planning and management to support decision-making, control and effective distribution of air transport resources to perform certain tasks earlier. The operational management includes drawing up flight plans and to download plans for the entire reporting period of planning for each aircraft. Operational planning is complicated by the large dimension of the problem, the fleet’s heterogeneity, time constraints and the extensive nomenclature of transported cargoes. Operational management is proposed to reduce solving an optimization problem. Then it applies the principle of decomposition. As a result, the decision boils down to finding solutions to particular optimization problems for each aircraft. The resultant solution successively reduced to the solution of the original problem. Metaheuristic algorithms search is used to solve particular optimization problems. They are relatively easy to implement and have a number of advantages over traditional methods for solving optimization problems. When using metaheuristic search algorithms for rapid preparation of flight plans there are two problems. The first is the need to choose a specific metaheuristics search algorithm. The second is the need to determine the scope of the methodology. Preliminary answers to these questions were given studies. In particular, they showed that the most accurate results are obtained by using the algorithm Shuffled Frog Leaping Algorithm.
