Avrashkov P. P., Koskin A. V. Abstract. Intellectual resources are the core of educational complex. The model of description and changes’ agerelated professional groups strength in HES (Higher Education System) was suggested by the authors in previous studies. The model of demographic holes’ influence and alterations of teaching prestige on HES structure have created. The article provides result of this modeling. High school teachers are divided into three groups – assistants, docents and professors. Age-related distribution for each of these groups is introduces. These three groups can be divided into subgroups. For each of alterations subgroups strength can be described with the system of 180 recurrent equations. This model also takes into consideration probabilities and switches different kind coefficients between these groups. For example, defense of the thesis or HES job suggestion are considered. Coefficients, proportions and initial values were calculated statistically. Calculations with symmetrical distribution of enrollees’ competence have shown balanced and stable functioning of HES in both quantitative and qualitative aspects. In previous studies reaction on single demographical holes with “soviet” HES coefficients was inspected. Different demographic holes were analyzed. “Safe” values of different parameters were calculated taking into consideration leveling of hole’s effect by increasing number of students. Reaction of model to wavy holes with two bottoms and transitory raise on 20-year-long period was also examined. In was proven that even with less overall depth of demographic hole significant parameters of HES do not replenish completely even in distant prospect. Cooperative influence of two such key factors as demographic holes’ influence and alterations of teaching prestige was also examined. Analysis has shown that even compensatory growth of teaching prestige does not cover equal failure, caused by demographic hole. It is true even in distant prospect. For example, 30 years after finish of cooperative influence of negative factors authors could see 7 – 8 % less teachers than it was at the start of the experiment. According to the results authors can state: cooperative influence of negative factors strikes groups 1 and 2 heavily; different negative factors strike much stronger in cooperation, even if each of them is “safe” and they are much harder to neutralize. In series of articles influence of different factors on HES evolution have modeled and examined. Authors can state that various factors can destroy current HES in a long period of time even individually.
