Аннотация. Предложен интегральный показатель, характеризующий информационную безопасность и производительность сети корпоративных порталов. Для определения данного показателя синтезирована нечеткая система и разработан алгоритм настройки ее параметров. Результаты исследования могут применяться для оценки эффективности управления информационным обменом в сети корпоративных порталов.

FUZZY SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF CONTROL INFORMATION EXCHANGE IN A CORPORATE PORTALS NETWORK

Abstract. Every year, the rapidly growing number of organizations interested in integrating its online resources in a portals network. Getting information in such networks should be organized through open data channels to ensure the required quality of service to users and protect against unauthorized access. The article is devoted to the development of a system to assess the effectiveness management information exchange network of enterprise portals. Topical focus is to create tools to ensure a secure interconnection information interaction of corporate institutions. The integrated indicator of the information security and network performance in corporate portals network is offered. The index takes into account the correct values probability of service users and the average response time to requests. The classification of the corporate portals network states is submitted. To determine the integral index designed fuzzy system, which is based on an algorithm of Sugeno fuzzy inference zero order. Input variable fuzzy system is probably the correct service and the average response time, the output value is the integral index. A fuzzy rules base defining the relationship between the input variables and the result of fuzzy inference. Degree of membership fuzzy sets for input values is determined by the respective piecewise continuous functions. The system operation is a consistent implementation the basic fuzzy inference stages: fuzzification, aggregation and defuzzification. The fuzzy system block diagram is submitted. Setting the fuzzy system is based on expert survey and a least squares method. Using the fuzzy system can determine the corporate portals network status and evaluate the effectiveness of control information exchange in the network.
