Аннотация. Рассмотрены руководства по защите информации в государственных информационных системах – с помощью американско-го стандарта NIST 800-53 «Меры обеспечения безопасности и приватности для Федеральных информационных систем и подраз-делений» и методического документа федеральной службы по техническому и экспортному контролю «Меры защиты информа-ции в государственных информационных системах». Проведен сравнительный анализ показателей защищенности.

PROTECTING INFORMATION IN STATE INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Abstract. Information security is currently an important aspect of the existence of any state. There are many different standards for information security. Most large companies use American standards NIST. In Russia, there are regulatory documents of the Federal service for technical and export control. We considered two guidelines on the protection of information in information systems of the state with the help of American standard NIST Special Publication 800-53. Revision 4. Security and Privacy Controls for Federal Information Systems and Organizations and methodical document of the Federal service for technical and export control Measures to protect information in the state information systems". These documents explain step by step the whole structure of the system of protection of state systems. Comparative analysis of the performance security and the conclusion is made based on comparison. Any state should be provided with protection of information property. For this widely used the analyzed standards. This analysis allows us to understand the build system of the protection of state information systems.
