Предложен подход, базирующийся на проверке установки корпусов электронных компонентов на печатную плату с учетом высоты над платой. Kuznetsova O. V., Romanova E. B. Abstract. Autoplacement in case of design of printed circuit boards is used infrequently as the result of placement is far from the optimum. Today algorithmization in two-dimensional space is used. In this article the sequential algorithm of placement of electronic components on the printed circuit board in three-dimensional space is developed. Sequential algorithms of placement provide original placement of several components on a board, other most connected electronic components should be located most closely to each other. The task of placement is brought together to that on a set of installation vacant line items, to place a set of circuit elements so that to provide an extremum of target function, depending on criterion of quality of placement. Usage considerations of criteria of an assessment of a level of connectivity of electronic components are provided in article. The developed algorithm is based on use of the graph theory, the theory of sequential algorithms of placement. Line item determination (on a board) for installation of a placed component needs to be executed places taking into account heights of the casing of components in the module of the top level. Two options of placement of electronic components on a board taking into account heights of the casing over a board are considered. The algorithm of component placement on a mounting field in three-dimensional measurement is provided in the form of the flowchart. Application of algorithm will allow to increase the speed of design of printed circuit boards and to reduce quantity of errors by blueprint stages. This algorithm can be implemented in the form of the separate program or it can be built in the CAD of printed circuit boards supporting three-dimensional simulation (Altium designer, KiCAD, CADSTAR).
